The house has every you need. You can relax by the pool, do a BBQ on the grill and enjoy your meal outside in the alway sunny and lovely weather. Inside the house you will find a smaller dinning area, a fully equipped kitchen and a nice living room. There are two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each and a bedroom with twins beds and a bath room. In addition to this there is a master bedroom with it’s own entrance from the pool area, a queen size bed and and it’s own bed room.  

Free parking outside the home and only a few minutes by car to Puerto Rico city.

A unique home inspired by the maritime. Outdoors there is a covered BBQ and dining area, a sophisticated pool and a spacious private courtyard.

Inside the house, you get a warm welcome from the beautiful living room and dining area and the large, fully equipped kitchen with two dishwashers.

You will also find a master bedroom with a queen size bed with booth a private bathroom with jacuzzi and a walk-in closet. In addition, there is a queen size bed in the hallway that leads from the dining room to a bathroom. From the hallway there is access to a bedroom with another queen size bed. Downstairs there is a laundry room and a private bedroom with a king size bed and a small working station. The house has TVs in all the rooms and wifi connection.
